These Terms & Conditions govern the use of all services on bcasino-game.nz, including the BCasino offering, all payment functions and customer service available to New Zealand players.
By creating a user account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you fully agree to these Terms. The conditions apply exclusively to players of legal gambling age residing in New Zealand. The minimum legal gambling age in New Zealand is 20 years for casino gaming, and 18 years for other forms of gambling (TAB, lotteries).
Opening a player account at BCasino requires meeting the following requirements:

In the event of a proven technical malfunction in the BCasino system, all affected game rounds will be voided and original stakes fully refunded in NZD.

BCasino accounts may be suspended temporarily or permanently for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory compliance reasons. Account funds may be frozen pending investigation per AML/CFT Act 2009 and DIA requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, including the Gambling Act 2003, the Privacy Act 2020, the AML/CFT Act 2009, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. Changes will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect on bcasino-game.nz.
For disputes, the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction. Players may also contact the Gambling Commission of New Zealand at gamblingcommission.govt.nz or the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) at dia.govt.nz for regulatory matters.
